ASPIRATION -----

This word is used to name the impulses and the beliefs that lead a person to want to reach an ideal. The sources of an aspiration are social and individual. The level of aspiration depends on the person and will inevitably influence the person’s behavior.
It is important that the level of the aspiration be adapted to the actual aptitudes that a person has.
The level of someone’s aspiration depends a lot on the successes and failures he has known throughout his life.
