BRAINSTORMING

Brainstorming was developed by the American A.F. Osborn. It is a technique used to help groups in finding new ideas or interesting solutions on a determined subject. Brainstorming uses the technique of free association; the social barriers (hierarchy, conventions) to spontaneity must be suppressed in order to free the imagination of the group members.
